Shipping
We offer worldwide free shipping. All orders will be shipped via registered airmail by Hong Kong Post unless otherwise stated.
We aim to ship your order in 3 business days. Delivery usually takes about 7 to 10 days. Should you wish your order by Speedpost, please contact us for details.
The buyer is to be responsible for any import duties or taxes. Please be advised that we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures.
Returns/ Cancellation Policy
We hope you enjoy everything you order with us, and we do our best in making sure that the goods are safely packed for secure delivery. To safeguard the hygienic nature of our products, we could accept returns for exchanges or refunds ONLY if:
- we sent you the wrong product(s). If there were any discrepancies between the product title, product description and the pictures, the product title shall prevail.
- products are damaged or lost during shipment
Products must be unopened and unused for an exchange or refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All sales are final. We reserve the right to not accepting change or cancellation after an order is placed. Should you must cancel an order after placing it and that we accept the cancellation, or in a case that an order cannot be proceeded because of an insufficient shipping information and need to be cancelled, a 10% cancellation fee from the total amount of the order will be charged.
If an order is shipped, but got returned for reasons such as insufficient address, unclaimed or unpaid taxed/ duty, the order will be cancelled and a 10% fee plus the shipping costs will be charged.
